Slice the beef thinly against the grain.

In a medium bowl, combine the thinly sliced beef with soy sauce, white pepper, and corn starch. Mix thoroughly by hand until the beef is well coated and the marinade is absorbed.

Heat a wok or large skillet over high heat. Add 2 tablespoons of oil. Once the oil is shimmering and hot, add the marinated beef in a single layer (cook in batches if necessary to avoid overcrowding). Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until the beef is browned and cooked through. Remove the cooked beef from the wok and set it aside in a clean bowl.

Add the remaining 1 tablespoon of oil to the same wok. Add the minced garlic and grated ginger and stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant.

Add the broccoli florets to the wok. Stir-fry for 1-2 minutes. Add the water and immediately cover the wok with a lid to steam the broccoli until it turns bright green and is tender-crisp, about 2-3 minutes.

Remove the lid. Add the previously cooked beef back into the wok with the broccoli. Pour the Chinsu hot sauce directly from the bottle over the ingredients, adjusting the amount to your preferred level of spiciness.

Stir-fry all ingredients together for 1-2 minutes until everything is well combined and heated through.

Transfer the spicy beef and broccoli to a serving bowl. Garnish with sesame seeds before serving.
