Peel the sweet potato and chop it into 1-inch (2.5 cm) cubes.

Place the chopped sweet potato in a pot and cover with water. Bring to a boil and cook until the sweet potato is fork-tender, about 10-15 minutes.

Drain the sweet potato and mash it thoroughly with a fork or potato masher until smooth. Set aside.

While the sweet potato is cooking, brown the ground beef in a large pan over medium heat, breaking it up with a spoon as it cooks.

Once the ground beef is fully cooked, drain any excess fat from the pan. Set the cooked beef aside.

In the same pan (or a clean one), add the carrots and cook over medium heat for 3-5 minutes until slightly softened.

Add the peas to the pan with the carrots and continue to cook for another 2-3 minutes.

Stir in the spinach and cook until it has wilted, about 1-2 minutes.

Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the blueberries.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the mashed sweet potato, cooked ground beef, and the cooked vegetable and blueberry mixture.

Mix all the ingredients thoroughly until well combined and evenly distributed.

Divide the prepared dog food into individual meal prep containers.

Allow the dog food to cool completely before storing. It can be refrigerated for up to 3-4 days or frozen for up to 3 months.
