Cut the chicken breast and thighs into very small, bite-sized pieces. This helps them cook quickly and develop crispy, caramelized bits.

In a mixing bowl, combine the cut chicken pieces with ground cumin, lemon juice, and 1/4 cup of Greek yogurt. Mix thoroughly until all chicken pieces are well coated.

Heat a large pan over medium-high heat. Add the marinated chicken mixture and cook, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is browned and develops crispy, caramelized edges. This should take about 8-10 minutes.

Once the chicken is cooked, place two slices of cheese directly on top of the chicken in the pan. Allow the cheese to melt over the chicken for 1-2 minutes.

While the chicken is cooking, prepare the creamy sauce. In a separate small bowl, combine 1/2 cup Greek yogurt, sour cream, and Sriracha. Stir until smooth and well combined.

To assemble each wrap, lay a tortilla flat. Spread a generous layer of the prepared creamy sauce onto the tortilla. Spoon a portion of the cooked chicken with melted cheese over the sauce.

Top the chicken with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and sliced red onions. Drizzle more of the creamy sauce and sweet chili sauce over the fillings.

Fold the sides of the tortilla inward over the filling, then roll the wrap up tightly from the bottom to secure all the ingredients. Repeat for the remaining wraps.

Serve the Spicy Garlic Chicken Wraps immediately. If preparing for meal prep, wrap individual wraps tightly in foil.
