Combine the cashews, dates, pinch of salt, coconut butter, maple syrup, and water in a blender.

Blend all the ingredients until a smooth, creamy mixture is formed. Scrape down the sides of the blender as needed to ensure everything is incorporated.

Carefully pour the blended mixture into silicone magnum molds, filling each cavity evenly.

Insert a wooden stick into the base of each filled mold.

Place the molds in the freezer and freeze for at least 2 hours, or until the bars are completely solid.

Once the bars are frozen solid, melt the dark chocolate using a double boiler or microwave, stirring until smooth.

Remove the frozen bars from the molds. Dip each frozen bar into the melted dark chocolate, ensuring it is fully coated. Allow any excess chocolate to drip off.

Place the coated bars on a parchment-lined tray and return to the freezer for a few minutes to allow the chocolate to set. Once set, the healthy magnums are ready to be enjoyed.
