Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a large mixing bowl, combine the 500 grams of nonfat Greek yogurt, 3 cups of fit flour (or self-rising flour), and 1/2 teaspoon of salt. Mix thoroughly until a large ball of dough forms.

Lightly flour a clean work surface. Transfer the dough to the floured surface and use a dough cutter or knife to divide the dough into 22 equal portions, forming them into small balls.

Generously grease a standard muffin tin with cooking spray.

Place one dough ball into each cup of the greased muffin tin. Using your fingers or the back of a spoon, flatten each dough ball to create a base for the pizza bites.

Bake the dough bases in the preheated oven for 10 minutes, or until they are slightly puffed.

Carefully remove the muffin tin from the oven. Add 1 tablespoon of pizza sauce to the top of each dough base. Sprinkle 20 grams of reduced fat cheese over the sauce on each bite, then top each with 2 turkey pepperonis.

Return the muffin tin to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and golden brown, and the edges of the bites are slightly crispy.

Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving. These pizza bites are great for snacks, meals, or late-night cravings.
