Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook your chosen pasta according to package directions until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water before draining the pasta. Set aside.

Slice the chicken breast into thin strips. Season the chicken strips generously with 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, and 1/2 teaspoon paprika. Heat olive oil in a large skillet or pan over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned chicken to the hot pan and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until it is golden brown and cooked through. Remove the cooked chicken from the pan and set it aside on a plate.

Add the peeled and deveined shrimp to the same pan. Season the shrimp generously with the remaining 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, and 1/2 teaspoon paprika. Cook the shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side, or until it turns pink and is cooked through. Remove the cooked shrimp from the pan and set it aside with the chicken.

Reduce the heat to medium. Add butter to the pan. Once the butter has melted, add the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.

Pour in the heavy cream. Bring the cream to a gentle simmer, then add the grated Parmesan cheese. Stir constantly until the cheese has melted and the sauce begins to thicken slightly. If the sauce is too thick, add a splash of the reserved pasta water until it reaches your desired consistency.

Add the fresh spinach to the sauce and cook until it wilts, about 1-2 minutes. Return the cooked chicken and shrimp to the pan with the sauce. Add the cooked pasta and toss everything together until well combined and coated in the sauce.

Serve immediately, garnished with fresh chopped parsley.
