In a large pan, cook the ground meat over medium heat, breaking it apart with a spoon, until it is fully browned. Drain any excess grease.

Add the Fire & Smoke Society Original Taco Seasoning Mix to the cooked ground meat. Stir well to ensure the seasoning is evenly distributed. Reduce heat to low and keep warm.

While the meat is cooking, prepare your taco bar. Place the salsa, chopped red onion, shredded lettuce, shredded cheese, guacamole, and sour cream into separate small bowls for easy access.

If making optional virgin margaritas, combine the virgin margarita mix and ice in a blender. Blend until smooth. Pour into small cups and garnish each with a lime slice.

Take an individual bag of Doritos Nacho Cheese flavored tortilla chips. Gently smush the chips inside the bag to break them into smaller pieces.

Using a pair of scissors, carefully slice the Doritos bag open sideways, from top to bottom, along one of the long edges. This creates a wider opening for assembly.

Add a generous serving of the warm taco meat into the opened Doritos bag, on top of the smushed chips.

Top the taco meat and chips with your desired toppings from the taco bar. A good order is usually guacamole, shredded cheese, lettuce, red onion, and salsa, followed by a dollop of sour cream.

Repeat steps 5-8 for the remaining Doritos bags. Serve immediately and enjoy directly from the bag with a fork.
