In a large bowl, combine the 500g chicken wings with 1 tablespoon chili powder, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon ginger powder, 1/2 teaspoon white pepper, 1/2 teaspoon paprika, and 1/2 teaspoon onion powder. Mix well to ensure all wings are evenly coated with the spices.

In a separate bowl, combine 1 cup all purpose flour and 1/4 cup cornstarch. Add 1 egg and 1/2 cup cold water to the flour mixture. Whisk until a smooth batter is formed.

Dip each seasoned chicken wing into the prepared batter, ensuring it's fully coated. Heat enough oil in a deep pan for frying to approximately 175°C (350°F). Once the oil is hot, carefully place the coated chicken wings into the hot oil and deep fry until they are golden brown and crispy, about 8-10 minutes. Remove the fried wings and set aside on a wire rack to drain excess oil.

In a separate pan, heat 100ml of oil over medium heat. Add 1 tablespoon minced garlic and 1 tablespoon chili flakes to the hot oil. Sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.

Add 1 tablespoon sugar, 1 tablespoon vinegar, and 1 tablespoon soy sauce to the pan with the garlic and chili flakes. Stir well to combine and let it simmer for 1 minute.

Add the fried chicken wings to the hot garlic sauce in the pan. Toss the wings thoroughly until they are completely coated with the sauce.

In a small bowl, combine 1 tablespoon honey, 1 tablespoon mustard, and 1 tablespoon mayonnaise. Mix until smooth and well combined.

Serve the Crispy Garlic Hot Wings immediately, accompanied by the Honey Mustard Mayo on the side for dipping.
