Preheat your oven to 210°C. In a clear glass baking dish, empty the coconut milk packet from the Marion's Kitchen Thai Red Curry meal kit. Add the red curry paste from the kit.

Add the dried herbs and chillies from the meal kit. Drain and add the bamboo shoots from the meal kit. Add the creamy peanut butter, minced garlic, and chopped spring onions to the dish.

Using a spatula, thoroughly mix all the ingredients in the baking dish until well combined. Pour water into the mixture and mix again until a uniform sauce is formed.

Open the Jin Ramen Mild instant noodles. Add the instant ramen seasoning packet to the liquid mixture in the baking dish and stir. Break the two blocks of instant ramen noodles and arrange them evenly in the liquid.

Place the frozen dumplings on top of the noodles. Distribute the chopped bok choy around the dumplings and noodles.

Sprinkle a generous layer of shredded cheese over the entire dish, covering the noodles, dumplings, and bok choy.

Cover the baking dish tightly with aluminum foil. Place the covered dish into the preheated oven and bake for 30 minutes, or until the noodles are tender and the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Carefully remove the dish from the oven. Remove the aluminum foil. Spoon or drizzle Marion's Kitchen Crispy Chilli Oil over the top of the baked dish. Sprinkle with black sesame seeds. Serve hot, optionally squeezing fresh lime juice over individual portions.
