Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Line a muffin tin with paper liners.

In a blender, combine the oats, cocoa powder, chocolate protein powder, baking powder, and salt.
Blend the dry mixture until it is smooth and finely ground into a flour-like consistency.

Transfer the blended dry mixture into a large mixing bowl.

To the bowl with the dry ingredients, add the milk, egg, peanut butter, and honey.

Mix all the wet and dry ingredients together thoroughly until a smooth batter forms. Be careful not to overmix.

Gently fold in about 3/4 of the chocolate chips into the batter.

Spoon the batter evenly into the prepared muffin liners, filling each about two-thirds full.

Sprinkle the remaining chocolate chips on top of each muffin for garnish.
Bake the muffins in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Once baked, remove the muffins from the oven and let them cool in the muffin tin for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely. Enjoy!
