Preheat your oven to 400°F. Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish or similar sized rectangular dish.

In the prepared baking dish, combine the Trader Joe's Soyaki sauce, red curry paste, full-fat coconut milk, and minced garlic. Whisk thoroughly until the sauce is uniform in color and all ingredients are well combined.

Add the fresh spinach to the sauce mixture in the baking dish, spreading it out evenly. The spinach will wilt down during baking.

Arrange the frozen dumplings in a single layer over the spinach and sauce mixture. Try to ensure they are mostly submerged in the liquid.

Cover the baking dish tightly with aluminum foil. Bake in the preheated oven for 35 minutes.

Carefully remove the foil (watch for steam) and check that the dumplings are cooked through and tender, and the sauce has thickened slightly. Serve directly from the baking dish.
