Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper for easier cleanup.

In a large bowl, combine the sliced chicken breast, bell peppers, and red onion.

In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, chili powder, cumin, smoked paprika, garlic powder, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper to create the fajita seasoning.

Pour the seasoning mixture over the chicken and vegetables. Toss well to ensure everything is evenly coated.

Spread the seasoned chicken and vegetables in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Avoid overcrowding the pan, as this can steam the ingredients instead of roasting them. If necessary, use two baking sheets.

Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are tender-crisp. Halfway through cooking (around 8-10 minutes), remove the sheet pan from the oven and stir the mixture to ensure even cooking.

Once cooked, remove the sheet pan from the oven and squeeze the fresh lime juice over the chicken and vegetables.

Serve immediately with warm flour tortillas, chopped fresh cilantro, sour cream, and salsa.
