Carefully peel the mango using a vegetable peeler or a sharp knife. Discard the peel.

Using the large holes of a box grater, grate the peeled mango into a medium-sized bowl. Alternatively, you can use a food processor with a grating attachment.

Transfer the grated mango into a freezer-safe container. Ensure the mango is spread in an even layer for more consistent freezing.

Place the container in the freezer and freeze the grated mango for at least 3 hours, or until it is completely solid and resembles mango "snow."

While the mango is freezing, prepare the jalapeño. Wash the jalapeño thoroughly. Using a sharp knife, carefully slice the jalapeño into very thin rounds. For less heat, you may remove the seeds and white membrane before slicing.

Once the mango is thoroughly frozen, remove it from the freezer.

Arrange the thinly sliced jalapeño rounds evenly on top of the frozen grated mango.

Sprinkle a pinch of salt evenly over the mango and jalapeño.

Cut the lime in half and squeeze the juice from one half (or more, to taste) over the entire mixture.

Drizzle the honey generously over the top of the frozen mango and jalapeño.

Finish by sprinkling chili powder over the dish, adjusting the amount to your preferred level of spice.

Serve immediately and enjoy this unique sweet, spicy, and cold combination as a refreshing snack or "girl dinner."
