Crack the 2 eggs into a medium bowl and whisk them thoroughly until the yolks and whites are fully combined.

Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Once hot, add 1 tablespoon of oil.

Pour the whisked eggs into the hot pan. Scramble the eggs, breaking them into smaller pieces, until they are golden and cooked through. Remove the scrambled eggs from the pan and set them aside on a plate.

Add the remaining 1 tablespoon of oil to the same pan. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds, or until fragrant.

Add the broccoli florets to the pan and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes, until they start to turn bright green.

Season the broccoli with 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, and 1 teaspoon of sugar. Stir well to coat the broccoli evenly.

Add the 2 tablespoons of water to the pan. Cover the pan with a lid and cook for 3 minutes, allowing the broccoli to steam and become tender-crisp.

Uncover the pan and add the reserved scrambled eggs back into the stir-fry. Stir everything together gently to combine.

Serve the Broccoli Egg Stir-fry immediately.
