Fill four tall glasses generously with ice cubes.

Pour 1 cup of cold milk into each glass, filling it about one-third of the way.

In a separate small pitcher or container, pour 1 shot of freshly brewed espresso for each drink.

Carefully pour 2 tablespoons of sweetened condensed milk into each glass, on top of the regular milk layer. The condensed milk is denser and should settle below the regular milk.

Slowly pour 1 shot of espresso over the back of a spoon into each glass. Hold the spoon just above the condensed milk layer. This technique helps the espresso layer on top of the condensed milk without mixing, creating a distinct layer.

Using a frother or steam wand, create milk foam in a separate container. Aim for a light, airy foam.

Spoon the prepared milk foam on top of the espresso layer in each glass.

Optionally, decorate each drink as desired by sprinkling coffee beans or chocolate shavings on top of the foam.
