Preheat your oven to 350°F. Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.

Prepare the cornbread stuffing mix according to the package directions. Set aside.

Carefully take each chicken breast and, using a sharp knife, cut a deep pocket into the thickest side, almost all the way through, creating a space for the stuffing. Be careful not to cut all the way through to the other side.

Spoon a generous amount of the prepared cornbread stuffing mixture into the pocket of each chicken breast. Place the stuffed chicken breasts into the prepared baking dish.

Generously season the top of each stuffed chicken breast with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and freshly ground black pepper.

In a small saucepan or microwave-safe bowl, melt the stick of butter. Once melted, stir in the honey until well combined.

Pour the honey butter sauce evenly over the seasoned, stuffed chicken breasts in the baking dish, ensuring they are well coated.

Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165°F. Baste the chicken with the pan juices every 15 minutes during baking to keep it moist and flavorful.

If desired, for extra browning, broil the chicken for the last 2-3 minutes, watching closely to prevent burning.

Remove from oven and let the chicken rest for 5-10 minutes before serving. This allows the juices to redistribute, keeping the chicken tender.
