Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a large baking tray with parchment paper.

Evenly spread the shredded Parmesan cheese onto the prepared parchment paper, forming a thin, uniform layer. If using, sprinkle the black pepper over the Parmesan cheese.

Carefully place the sliced onion rings on top of the shredded Parmesan cheese, arranging them in a single layer to cover the cheese as much as possible without overlapping too much.

Lightly spray the onion rings with olive oil spray. Then, sprinkle them evenly with garlic powder and paprika.

Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the Parmesan cheese is golden brown and crispy, and the onion rings appear slightly caramelized and tender. Keep a close eye on them towards the end of the baking time to prevent burning.

Once baked, remove the baking tray from the oven and allow the chips to cool on the parchment paper for at least 5 minutes. As they cool, they will become even crispier.

Once slightly cooled, gently break the large crispy sheet into individual chips. Serve immediately and enjoy your low-carb crispy onion ring chips.
