In a large skillet or Dutch oven, brown the ground beef over medium-high heat, breaking it apart with a spoon. Cook until no pink remains, about 7-8 minutes. Drain any excess grease.

Reduce heat to medium. Sprinkle the all-purpose flour over the browned ground beef and mix well, stirring constantly for 1 minute to cook out the raw flour taste.

Add the chopped green, red, and orange bell peppers and the chopped yellow onion to the skillet. Stir to combine with the meat mixture and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until the vegetables begin to soften.

Season the mixture with Slap Ya Mama seasoning, black pepper, onion powder, garlic & herbs seasoning, paprika, and dried thyme leaves. Stir thoroughly to ensure all ingredients are well coated.

Stir in the minced garlic and Worcestershire sauce. Cook for 1 minute until the garlic is fragrant.

Add the bay leaves to the skillet. Reduce heat to low, cover the skillet with a lid, and let the mixture simmer for 10-15 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.

While the meat mixture is simmering, cook the spaghetti according to package directions until al dente. Drain well.

Remove the bay leaves from the meat mixture. Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet with the meat and vegetable mixture. Toss well to combine, ensuring the pasta is fully coated.

Cover the skillet and let the dirty spaghetti simmer together for an additional 5 minutes to allow the flavors to marry. Serve hot.
