Preheat your oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Wash and scrub the sweet potatoes thoroughly, then pat them dry with a clean towel. Slice each sweet potato in half lengthwise.

Rub the cut side and skin side of each sweet potato half generously with olive oil. Sprinkle all sides with flaky sea salt.

Place the sweet potato halves cut-side down on the prepared parchment-lined baking sheet.

Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the sweet potatoes are tender and have a deep golden-brown caramelization on the cut side.

While the sweet potatoes are baking, warm your savory broth in a saucepan over medium heat.

Once the sweet potatoes are roasted, place one or two roasted sweet potato halves into each serving bowl.

Add a generous amount of cooked ground beef next to the sweet potato in each bowl.

Pour the warm savory broth over the beef and sweet potato in each bowl.

Top each bowl with a handful of fresh chopped greens, such as kale or spinach, allowing them to wilt slightly from the heat of the broth.
