Add 4 tablespoons of unsalted butter to a saucepan over medium heat on the stovetop. Allow the butter to fully melt.

Once the butter is melted, add 1/2 cup of pistachio butter and 1 tablespoon of tahini to the saucepan. Stir to combine the ingredients thoroughly.

Add the 10 ounce bag of mini marshmallows to the saucepan. Stir continuously with a spatula until the marshmallows are fully melted and the mixture is smooth and gooey.

Add a pinch of salt and an optional drop of green food coloring to the marshmallow mixture. Stir until the color is evenly distributed and the mixture is uniformly green.

In a large mixing bowl, place 5 cups of Rice Krispies cereal. Pour the warm, melted marshmallow mixture over the cereal.

Using a spatula, mix the cereal and marshmallow mixture thoroughly until all the cereal is well coated.

Transfer the mixture into a baking dish lined with parchment paper. Use a piece of parchment paper or a clean hand to firmly and evenly press the mixture into the pan.

In a small microwave-safe bowl, combine 1/2 cup of semi-sweet or dark chocolate chips and 1 teaspoon of coconut oil.

Microwave the chocolate mixture in 30-second intervals, stirring after each, until it is fully melted and smooth. Stir well to ensure consistency.

Drizzle the melted chocolate generously over the pressed Rice Krispie treats. Immediately sprinkle crushed pistachios over the chocolate before it sets.

Place the baking dish in the refrigerator to chill until the treats are firm, approximately 30 minutes.

Once chilled, remove the treats from the pan, cut them into squares, and serve.
