To make the garlic butter, heat a small amount of oil in a pan. Add the chopped garlic and fry until it turns golden brown. Remove from heat.

Transfer the fried garlic to a bowl. Mash it well using a fork to create a paste. Add the 100 grams of softened butter and chopped coriander. Mix properly until well combined and set aside.

Slice the 2 chicken breasts lengthwise to ensure an even thickness. In a bowl, combine the chicken with salt (per taste), 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder, 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste, 1 teaspoon lemon juice, and 1 teaspoon peri peri masala. Mix well to coat the chicken.

Marinate the chicken for 15-20 minutes at room temperature. If you have more time, you can marinate it for 1-2 hours in the refrigerator.

Heat a pan over medium heat. Cook the marinated chicken from both sides until it is tender and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the pan and cut it into small pieces or strips.

To make the 'Marry Me' sauce, use the same pan (no need to clean). Add 2 teaspoons of oil and 2 teaspoons of butter. Sauté the 1 small finely chopped onion and 1 teaspoon of chopped garlic until they are soft and fragrant.

Add 1/3 cup of fresh cream to the pan. Then add 1 teaspoon red chili powder, 1 1/2 teaspoons peri peri masala, 1/2 teaspoon chicken dana powder, 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes, 1/2 teaspoon oregano, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder, and salt (per taste). Mix all the spices well.
Stir in the 2 grated cheese cubes until melted and combined. Adjust the consistency of the sauce by adding milk, a little at a time, until it reaches your desired thickness. The sauce should be an orange-red color.

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Cut the 2 ladi pav in half horizontally.

Spread the prepared garlic butter evenly on the cut surfaces of the ladi pav halves.

Next, spread a generous layer of the 'Marry Me' sauce over the garlic butter. Sprinkle lots of shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce.

Place the cooked chicken pieces on top of the mozzarella cheese. Drizzle some more 'Marry Me' sauce over the chicken and cheese.

Transfer the assembled garlic bread onto a baking sheet or into an air fryer basket. Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and golden brown.

Serve hot and enjoy your cheesy, creamy chicken garlic bread with 'Marry Me' sauce!
