Into a bowl, combine the 200 grams of extra lean ground beef, diced pickles, diced onions, 2 teaspoons of salt, 1 teaspoon of black pepper, 2 teaspoons of garlic powder, and 1 teaspoon of onion powder. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well incorporated.

Take a wonton wrapper and lightly wet its edges with water. Place 1 tablespoon of the prepared beef mixture evenly onto the wrapper. Repeat this process for all 6 wonton wrappers.

Heat a pan over medium-high heat and spray it with cooking spray. Carefully place the wontons into the pan, meat side down. Cook until the meat develops a nice golden sear. Then, flip each wonton.

Divide the 1 1/2 slices of low fat cheese into small squares. Place one small square of cheese on top of the cooked meat side of each wonton. For faster melting, you may cover the pan with a lid for a brief moment.

In a separate bowl, mix together all the ingredients for the burger sauce: 1 tablespoon of light or fat free mayonnaise, 1/2 tablespoon of yellow mustard, 1 tablespoon of pickle juice, 1 tablespoon of low calorie ketchup, 1 tablespoon of diced pickles, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1 teaspoon of sweetener, and a pinch of salt and pepper.

Once cooked, top the Big Mac Wonton Tacos with green onions, sesame seeds, and a drizzle of the prepared burger sauce. Serve and enjoy!
