Thoroughly clean the whole organic lemon.

Cut the clean lemon into quarters. Do not remove the pith, peel, or seeds.

Add the quartered lemon (including the pith, peel, and seeds) to a high-speed blender.

Pour 3 cups of filtered water (or spring water) into the blender.

Add 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil to the blender.

Add 2 tablespoons of raw unfiltered honey to the blender.

Add the peeled ginger to the blender.

Place the lid on the blender and blend on high speed until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy, about 1-2 minutes.

Pour the blended elixir through a fine-mesh sieve into a serving bottle or container. Use a spoon or spatula to press any remaining solids through the sieve to extract as much liquid as possible.

Serve 4 ounces of the elixir on an empty stomach in the morning, or whenever an energy boost is desired.

Top each serving of the elixir with a sprinkle of Ceylon cinnamon before consuming.
