Add the cottage cheese, plain Greek yogurt, 1 chipotle pepper in adobo sauce, 1 tablespoon of adobo sauce, 1/2 teaspoon of cumin, 1/2 teaspoon of chili powder, 1/4 teaspoon of salt, and 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper to a food processor.

Blend the mixture until it is smooth.

Scrape down the sides of the food processor bowl.

Blend again until the mixture is super creamy.

Pour the creamy dip base into a large mixing bowl.

Add the cooked shredded chicken, rinsed and drained black beans, corn, diced red onion, diced red bell pepper, diced green bell pepper, and chopped fresh cilantro to the bowl with the dip base.

Mix all the ingredients together thoroughly until well combined.

Serve the Southwest Chipotle Protein Dip with tortilla chips, or use it on wraps, tacos, burritos, baked potatoes, or salads.
