Preheat your oven to 375°F. Lightly grease a baking sheet or line with parchment paper.

In a large skillet over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef, breaking it apart with a spoon. Drain any excess grease.

Add the diced onion to the skillet with the beef and cook until softened, about 3-5 minutes.
Stir in the garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Cook for 1 minute more until fragrant.

Remove the skillet from the heat. Stir in the ketchup, yellow mustard, and Worcestershire sauce until well combined.

Gently fold in 1 cup of the shredded cheddar cheese and the chopped dill pickle slices into the beef mixture.

Brush the cut sides of the hamburger buns with melted butter. Place the bottom halves of the buns on the prepared baking sheet.

Divide the beef mixture evenly among the four bottom bun halves, mounding it slightly.

Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese over the beef mixture on each bun.

Place the top halves of the buns over the cheese-topped beef mixture.

Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the buns are golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.

If desired, sprinkle with sesame seeds and chopped fresh parsley before serving. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
