Place the 1 pound of cleaned crab into a large bowl. Add 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon onion powder, 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper, 1/2 teaspoon paprika, and 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt to the crab. Massage the seasonings thoroughly into the crab to ensure it is well coated.

Heat a large pan on the stove over medium heat. Add 2 tablespoons of butter and 1 tablespoon of fresh minced garlic to the pan. Sauté until the garlic is fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.

Add the seasoned crab to the pan with the garlic butter. Cook and stir the crab, coating it evenly with the garlic butter. Be careful not to overcook the crab; cook just until heated through, about 3-5 minutes.

While the crab is cooking, bring a large pot of salted water to a rolling boil. Add the 1 pound of uncooked spaghetti and cook according to the package directions until al dente. Drain the cooked spaghetti well.

Heat a large pan or wok over medium-high heat. Add 3 tablespoons of olive oil, 2 tablespoons of butter, and 2 tablespoons of fresh minced garlic to the pan. Sauté until the garlic is fragrant and lightly golden, about 2-3 minutes.

Add 1 1/2 tablespoons oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 tablespoon 3 Crabs brand fish sauce, 1/2 tablespoon sugar, 1/2 tablespoon MSG, and 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper to the pan with the sautéed garlic. Stir the sauce ingredients well until combined and heated through, about 1 minute.

Add the drained cooked spaghetti to the pan with the sauce. Toss the spaghetti vigorously to ensure it is evenly coated with the sauce. Continue to toss for 2-3 minutes to allow the noodles to absorb the flavors.

Add the cooked crab from Step 3 back into the pan with the garlic noodles. Sprinkle generously with Parmesan cheese and chopped green onions.

Gently toss the noodles and crab once more to combine all ingredients. Serve immediately and enjoy!
