Boil the fettuccine in salted water according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve some of the pasta water before draining.

Heat the butter and olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the shrimp, season with salt, garlic seasoning, and pepper. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes per side until the shrimp are pink and opaque. Remove the cooked shrimp from the pan and set them aside.

In the same pan, add the minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds, being careful not to burn it. Pour in the heavy cream, bring it to a gentle simmer, then reduce the heat. Season the sauce with salt, garlic seasoning, and pepper, to taste.

Add the cooked fettuccine pasta and the cooked shrimp back into the pan with the Alfredo sauce. Toss to coat all ingredients evenly. If the sauce is too thick, add a splash of the reserved pasta water to loosen it to your desired consistency.
