On a cutting board, chop 1 head of iceberg lettuce into small, bite-sized pieces.

Next, chop 1 head of radicchio into small, bite-sized pieces.

Then, chop a few handfuls of fresh spinach into smaller pieces.

Slice or halve 3/4 cup of pitted green olives.

Chop 2 hard-boiled eggs into small pieces.

Cut 1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese into small cubes.

In a large mixing bowl, add the chopped iceberg lettuce, radicchio, and spinach.

Add the halved cherry tomatoes and the sliced/halved green olives to the bowl.

Add the chopped hard-boiled eggs, cubed Parmesan cheese, and crumbled cooked bacon to the bowl.

In a separate medium-sized bowl, add 1/2 cup of mayonnaise.

Pour in 1/4 cup of buttermilk or milk.

Add 1/4 cup of chopped fresh basil.

Season with 1/4 teaspoon of salt and 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper to taste.

Add 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder and 1/2 teaspoon of onion powder.

Pour in 1 tablespoon of white vinegar.

Add 1/2 teaspoon of sugar.

Add 1/2 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce.

Thoroughly mix all the dressing ingredients together until well combined and smooth.

Pour the prepared dressing over the mixed salad ingredients in the large bowl.

Add 1/2 cup of blue cheese crumbles to the salad.

Add 1 cup of crispy fried onions to the salad.

Toss all the salad ingredients together until everything is evenly coated with the dressing.
