In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium-high heat. Break it apart with a spoon as it cooks.

While the beef is browning, season it to your liking with paprika, roasted garlic powder, dried oregano, Kinder's The Blend seasoning, Kinder's All Purpose seasoning, and Mexican chili powder. Stir well to combine the seasonings with the beef.

Once the ground beef is fully browned, drain any excess grease from the skillet using a colander.

Transfer the cooked and drained ground beef into a 6-quart or larger crockpot.

Add the cubed Mexican Velveeta, the entire jar of salsa, and the mini tub of sour cream to the crockpot on top of the beef.

Place the lid on the crockpot and set it to the high heat setting.

Allow the queso to cook for 1 1/2 to 3 hours, depending on your crockpot's heating efficiency. Be sure to stir the mixture thoroughly halfway through the cooking time to ensure even melting and combining of all ingredients.

Once the Velveeta is completely melted and all ingredients are well combined and hot, the queso is ready to serve.

Serve the hot beef queso immediately with your favorite tortilla chips.
