Add the fresh blueberries to the blender. Pulse a few times until the blueberries are just broken down and distributed throughout the mixture, creating a speckled appearance. Do not over-blend, as you want some blueberry pieces.

Pour the mixture into an ice cube tray, silicone molds, or a freezer-safe container. If using a container, ensure the layer is not too thick for easier scooping later.

Place the molds or container in the freezer and freeze for at least 4 hours, or until completely solid. For best results, freeze overnight.
