- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt, unsweetened
- 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
- 1/4 cup water

Combine the sliced bananas, plain Greek yogurt, and water in a blender. Blend until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.

Add the fresh blueberries to the blender. Pulse a few times until the blueberries are just broken down and distributed throughout the mixture, creating a speckled appearance. Do not over-blend, as you want some blueberry pieces.

Pour the mixture into an ice cube tray, silicone molds, or a freezer-safe container. If using a container, ensure the layer is not too thick for easier scooping later.
