Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Lightly grease or line a baking dish with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the pumpkin puree, almond butter, maple syrup, and vanilla. Mix these wet ingredients thoroughly until they are well combined and smooth.

To the wet mixture, add the oat flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Mix until the batter is smooth and all dry ingredients are fully incorporated with no lumps.

Gently fold in your desired amount of chocolate chips into the brownie batter. About 1/2 cup is a good starting point, but feel free to adjust to your preference.

Pour the brownie batter into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly with a spatula.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with moist crumbs, but not wet batter. Be careful not to overbake.
