Pat the ribeye steak pieces dry with paper towels. Season generously with salt, black pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder. Set aside.

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet or Dutch oven over medium heat. Add the diced white onion and sauté for 3-4 minutes, or until softened and translucent.

Add 1 tablespoon of minced garlic and the tomato paste to the pan with the onion. Cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly, until the tomato paste darkens slightly and becomes fragrant.

Add the orzo pasta to the pan and toast for 1-2 minutes, stirring frequently, until lightly golden.

Pour in the beef stock. Season with salt, black pepper, paprika, and crushed red pepper flakes. Bring the mixture to a simmer, then reduce heat to medium-low, cover, and cook for 10-12 minutes, or until the orzo is al dente and most of the liquid has been absorbed. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking.

While the orzo is cooking, heat a separate large skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the seasoned steak bites in a single layer, working in batches if necessary to avoid overcrowding. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side for medium-rare, or until your preferred level of doneness is reached.

Once the steak is cooked, reduce the heat to low. Add the melted garlic butter, 1 tablespoon of minced garlic, and 2 tablespoons of chopped fresh parsley to the skillet with the steak. Toss until the steak is well coated with the garlic butter mixture.

Once the orzo is cooked, remove it from the heat. Stir in the heavy cream, 2 tablespoons of chopped fresh parsley, and the grated Parmesan cheese until well combined and creamy.

Serve the Garlic Butter Steak Bites immediately alongside the Creamy Tomato Orzo. Garnish with additional fresh parsley if desired.
