Place the 100 g of dark chocolate (70% cocoa) in a heatproof bowl. Set this bowl over a pot of simmering water, ensuring the bottom of the bowl does not touch the water (double boiler method). Melt the chocolate, stirring occasionally, until it is completely smooth.

In a separate medium-sized bowl, combine the 200 g of Greek yogurt and 100 ml of milk.

Add 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder to the Greek yogurt and milk mixture.

Whisk the yogurt, milk, and cocoa powder mixture thoroughly until it is smooth and well combined, ensuring no lumps remain.

Carefully pour the melted dark chocolate into the whisked yogurt mixture.

Whisk the entire mixture again until all ingredients are fully incorporated and the consistency is smooth and uniform.

Pour the chocolate mixture into a round mold. For best results, line the mold with parchment paper. A mold approximately 10-12 cm in diameter is ideal.

Place the mold in the refrigerator and chill for 2 hours to allow the dessert to set completely.

Once thoroughly chilled and set, carefully remove the dessert from the mold. Place it on a serving plate. If desired, dust the top generously with additional cocoa powder using a small sieve for an elegant garnish. The dessert can then be sliced and served.
