Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cut steak pieces and halved baby potatoes.

Drizzle the olive oil over the steak and potatoes. Add the salt, black pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and dried Italian herbs.

Toss all ingredients thoroughly until the steak and potatoes are evenly coated with the seasonings.

Lay out four large pieces of heavy-duty aluminum foil (approximately 18x12 inches each) on a clean surface. Divide the seasoned steak and potato mixture evenly among the four foil sheets, placing it in the center of each.

Distribute the pats of butter evenly over the steak and potatoes in each foil packet. Sprinkle the minced garlic on top.

Carefully bring the long edges of each aluminum foil sheet together and fold them over several times to create a tight seal. Then, fold and crimp the short ends to completely seal each packet. Ensure there are no gaps for steam to escape.

Place the sealed foil packets onto a baking sheet. Transfer the baking sheet to the preheated oven.

Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and the steak is cooked to your desired doneness. Carefully open one packet to check for doneness.

Carefully open the foil packets (watch out for steam!). Garnish with fresh chopped parsley before serving directly from the foil packets.
