In a large bowl, combine the self-raising flour, 0% Greek yogurt, and a pinch of salt. Mix with a spoon until clumps begin to form.

Knead the mixture by hand until it forms a dough ball. Let the dough rest for 5-10 minutes to allow the flour to hydrate and the gluten structure to form, which will make it less sticky.

Add the low-fat cheese to the dough and knead until it is well combined.

Divide the dough into 4 equal portions. Roll out each portion into a naan bread shape.

Place a pan on medium-low heat and spray generously with cooking spray. Place one rolled-out naan into the heated pan.

Cover the pan with a lid and cook for 1-2 minutes. Flip the naan and continue cooking, uncovered, until it puffs up and is cooked through. Repeat for the remaining naan portions.

If making the garlic butter, combine the light butter, garlic paste, and chopped parsley in a small bowl. Mix well.

Brush the cooked naans with the prepared garlic butter, if desired.
