In a large mixing bowl, combine the rinsed and drained black beans, diced red bell pepper, diced green bell pepper, diced red onion, rinsed and drained corn, shredded chicken, Mexican cheese, and chopped fresh cilantro.

Gently mix all the salad ingredients together until well combined.

In a separate small bowl or measuring cup, whisk together the Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, juice from two lime halves, honey, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. If desired, add hot sauce for an extra kick.
