Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large pan over medium heat.

Add the 2 cloves of minced garlic and 1 tablespoon of minced ginger to the pan and fry until fragrant, about 30 seconds to 1 minute.

Add the 200 grams of pork mince to the pan and cook, breaking it up with a spoon, until it is browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.

Stir in the 1 cup of chopped cabbage and cook until it has softened, about 3-5 minutes.

Season the mixture with 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of sesame oil, and 1/2 teaspoon of white pepper. Stir well to combine and set aside.

Grease a clean large pan with 1 tablespoon of oil.

Arrange 12 dumpling wrappers in the pan, overlapping them slightly to form a circular base that covers the bottom of the pan.

Spoon the cooked filling mixture evenly over the arranged bottom layer of wrappers.

Place the remaining 12 dumpling wrappers on top of the filling, pressing down gently around the edges to seal them with the bottom wrappers.

Pour 1/2 cup of water into the pan.

Cover the pan with a lid and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes, allowing the wrappers to steam.

Uncover the pan and continue to cook for another 3 minutes, or until all the water has evaporated and the bottom of the potstickers are golden brown and crispy.

Carefully slide the entire potsticker onto a serving plate. Cut into wedges and serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.
