Drain any excess fat from the browned ground beef. You can use a paper towel to absorb remaining fat if desired.

Add the diced yellow onion, diced green bell pepper, and minced garlic to the slow cooker.

Pour in the ketchup, BBQ sauce, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, and apple cider vinegar. Add the chili powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
