Crack 2 eggs into a bowl.

Add 2 tablespoons of Kewpie mayonnaise to the bowl with the eggs.

Mix the eggs and mayonnaise with a pair of chopsticks or a whisk until well combined.

Take 1/4 teaspoon of butter and use it to thoroughly grease the inside of a separate microwave-safe bowl.

Pour the mixed eggs into the greased bowl.

Place the bowl with the egg mixture into a microwave.

Microwave for 30-40 seconds, or until the omelette is set.

Remove the cooked omelette from the microwave.

Flip the omelette out of the bowl and onto a plate.

Cut the omelette in half.

Sprinkle chopped green onions over the omelette.

Place a pat of butter (about 1/4 teaspoon) in the center of the omelette.

Repeat steps 1-12 for the remaining servings.
