In a large pot, melt the butter over low heat, ensuring it doesn't brown.

Add the mini marshmallows to the melted butter and stir continuously until they are completely melted and smooth.

Remove the pot from the heat and stir in the vanilla extract until well combined.

Add the Rice Krispies cereal to the marshmallow mixture. Stir quickly and thoroughly until the cereal is evenly coated.

Divide the warm Rice Krispie mixture evenly into three separate bowls.

Add a few drops of pink food coloring to the first bowl, yellow to the second, and green to the third. Mix each bowl thoroughly until the color is uniformly distributed throughout the mixture. Add more food coloring if a more vibrant color is desired.

Lightly grease an onigiri mold with cooking spray or butter. Take a portion of one colored Rice Krispie mixture and press it firmly into the mold to shape it. Repeat with the remaining colored mixtures, creating an assortment of colored onigiri treats.

Arrange the formed onigiri treats on a serving platter. Sprinkle the freeze-dried fruit (strawberries and mango) over the tops of the treats.

Melt the white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring after each, until smooth, or use a double boiler.

Drizzle the melted white chocolate artistically over the onigiri treats.

Allow the white chocolate to set slightly before serving. The treats are now ready to enjoy!
