In a small bowl, combine all the sauce ingredients: 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 tablespoon oyster sauce, 1 teaspoon LaoGanMa chili crisp, and 1 teaspoon garlic powder. Mix thoroughly with a spoon until well combined.

Arrange the 6 ounces of Napa cabbage in a heat-proof bowl or plate suitable for steaming.

Place the 6 ounces of silken tofu on top of the Napa cabbage.

Add the 3 ounces of vermicelli noodles over the tofu.

Distribute the 5 ounces of defrosted frozen shrimp evenly on top of the noodles.

Pour the prepared sauce mixture evenly over all the ingredients in the bowl.

Carefully place the bowl into a steamer basket.

Place the steamer basket into a pot containing water on a stovetop burner. Ensure the water level is below the bottom of the steamer basket.

Cover the pot with a lid and steam the dish for 10 to 15 minutes, or until the shrimp are cooked through and the cabbage is tender.

Once steaming is complete, carefully remove the lid (beware of steam) and take the cooked dish out of the steamer.

The meal is ready to serve. Carefully transfer to serving plates if desired, or serve directly from the steaming bowl.
