Wash all produce thoroughly before preparation.

Roughly chop the cucumber, green apples, and celery stalks into pieces that will fit easily into your juicer's chute.

Peel the fresh ginger and the lemon half.

Feed the chopped cucumber, green apples, celery, ginger, lemon, and mint leaves through your juicer according to the manufacturer's instructions.

If the juice is too thick for your preference, add 1/2 cup of filtered water and stir well.
