In a large mixing bowl, combine the honey, warm water, and dry active yeast. Stir gently to mix the ingredients.

Let the mixture rest for 5 to 10 minutes until it becomes foamy on top, indicating that the yeast is active.

Add the bread flour, melted butter, and salt to the foamy yeast mixture.

Stir all the ingredients together until a shaggy dough forms. If the dough is too sticky, add a little more flour, one tablespoon at a time, until it comes together.

Cover the bowl containing the dough with a clean cloth and allow it to rise in a warm place for 1 hour. The dough should significantly increase in volume.

After the first rise, gently knead the dough to release the air. Lightly grease your baking pans (loaf pans for bread and a baking dish for buns). Take portions of the dough and shape them into loaves to fit the loaf pans, and form smaller, round portions for buns, placing them in the baking dish.

Cover the shaped loaves and buns with a clean cloth and let them rise for another 1 hour. They should again increase in size.

While the dough is on its second rise, preheat your oven to 350°F.

Once the loaves and buns have completed their second rise, place them in the preheated oven. Bake for 35 minutes, or until they are golden brown and cooked through.

Remove the freshly baked bread and buns from the oven. Allow to cool slightly before slicing the bread. Serve warm, perhaps with a pat of butter.
