Place the chicken leg quarters into a large container. Add the all purpose sauce, Tropical Zinger seasoning, Blaxican seasoning, MVP seasoning, and Trinidad green seasoning over the chicken.

Using gloved hands, thoroughly mix and massage the seasonings into the chicken pieces until they are well coated. Ensure every piece is evenly seasoned.

In a separate mixing bowl, combine the Worcestershire sauce, All Day BBQ sauce, BBQ sauce, ketchup, and green seasoning. Stir all the glaze ingredients together with a spoon until well combined. If a sweeter sauce is desired, add honey or sugar to taste.

Preheat your grill to low heat, aiming for an approximate temperature of 300-325°F.

Carefully place the seasoned chicken pieces onto the preheated grill, ensuring the skin side is down. Close the lid and cook, flipping the chicken every 15 minutes during the initial cooking phase.

During the last 10 minutes of the overall cooking time, begin applying the prepared BBQ glaze. Brush a generous amount of glaze onto both sides of the chicken pieces. Continue to flip the chicken every 5 minutes while glazing until the sauce becomes sticky and caramelized on the chicken.

Cook the chicken until it reaches an internal temperature of approximately 170-175°F when checked with a meat thermometer.

Once cooked to the desired internal temperature and the glaze is caramelized, remove the Trini-style BBQ chicken from the grill and serve immediately.
