Add the skin on fries into the airfryer and cook for 20 minutes at 185°C.

Meanwhile, chop the onion. Add it to an oiled pan and soften for 5 minutes over medium heat.

To the softened onion, add the honey and chilli flakes. Continue cooking on a medium heat for 20 minutes until the onions are completely caramelised, stirring occasionally.

In a separate oiled pan, add the mince meat and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon.

Add salt, pepper, garlic granules, tomato purée, crumbled stock cube, and water to the browned mince. Stir until well combined.

Continue to cook the mince mixture for a further 7 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.

Top the cooked mince with the cheese slices and allow them to melt over the hot mince. You can cover the pan for a minute to help the cheese melt faster.

Once the cheese is melted, sprinkle some sesame seeds over the top of the cheesy mince.

To assemble, layer the cooked fries in a serving dish or individual bowls. Top with the shredded lettuce.

Spoon the burger mince with melted cheese and sesame seeds over the lettuce.

Add a generous portion of the hot honey caramelised onions on top of the mince layer.

Drizzle with chipotle mayo, burger sauce, and sweet onion sauce to finish.
