Divide the spinach and eggs into four equal portions for each wrap. For one wrap, add 40g of spinach and 2 whole eggs into a blender.

Blend the spinach and eggs until the mixture is completely smooth. Repeat this process for each wrap, or blend all ingredients together if your blender is large enough, then divide the mixture.

Heat a non-stick pan over low to medium heat. Pour one portion of the blended mixture into the pan, spreading it thinly to form a wrap.

Cook the mixture like a thin omelette until the edges start to set and the surface is mostly firm.

Carefully flip the wrap to cook the other side for about 1 minute, until lightly browned.

Remove the cooked wrap from the pan and let it cool slightly on a plate or wire rack. It will firm up into a wrap consistency as it cools. Repeat for the remaining portions.
