Boston Cream Hawaiian Rolls
Ingredients
For the Boston Cream Filling
- 1 box Jell-O vanilla instant pudding & pie filling mix, 3.4 ounces
- 1 cup milk, half the amount specified on pudding box for thicker consistency
For the Whipped Cream
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream, dairy-free or regular
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
For Assembly
- 12 Hawaiian sweet rolls
- 1 container chocolate fudge frosting, 16 ounces

In a large mixing bowl, empty the contents of the Jell-O vanilla instant pudding mix. Add 1 cup of milk to the pudding mix. Stir with a spatula until the mixture thickens to a pudding-like consistency. Set aside.

In a separate bowl, pour in the heavy whipping cream. Add the powdered sugar. Using an electric hand mixer, whip the cream and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form, creating whipped cream.

Gently fold the prepared whipped cream into the vanilla pudding mixture until well combined. This mixture forms the Boston Cream filling.
