In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded rotisserie chicken, finely diced celery, and finely minced red onion. Ensure all ingredients are evenly distributed.

In a separate small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, fresh lemon juice, chopped fresh dill, salt, and black pepper until smooth and well combined. This will be your chicken salad dressing.

Pour the dressing over the chicken mixture in the large bowl. Gently fold until all the chicken and vegetables are thoroughly coated with the dressing. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.

To assemble the wraps, lay out each large flour tortilla. Place 1-2 romaine lettuce leaves on each tortilla, leaving space around the edges. Spoon an even portion of the chicken salad onto the center of the lettuce leaves.

If desired, add a few halved cherry tomatoes and slices of avocado over the chicken salad. Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then tightly roll it up from the bottom to create a secure wrap. Serve immediately or chill for later.
