Preheat your oven to 400°F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.

Lay the large round flatbread or tortilla on the prepared baking sheet. Using a sharp knife or pizza cutter, make radial cuts from the edge of the flatbread towards the center, leaving a circular area in the middle intact (about 5-6 inches in diameter). These strips will form the lion's mane.

Spread an even layer of pizza sauce over the central, uncut circular area of the flatbread. Generously sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the pizza sauce.

To form the lion's ears, place the two small round slices of provolone cheese above the main cheese pile, near the top edge of the central circle. Then, place the two smaller round slices of deli ham on top of the provolone rounds to complete the inner ears.

For the lion's face, place two of the black olives on the central cheese area to represent the eyes, and one black olive below them to represent the nose.

Bake the assembled Lion Pizza in the preheated oven for 8 to 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the flatbread strips forming the mane are golden brown and crispy.

Once baked, carefully remove the pizza from the oven. Using a toothpick, dab a tiny dot of sour cream onto the black olive nose to create a highlight, bringing the lion's face to life.

Allow to cool for a minute or two before serving. The finished Lion Pizza is ready to be enjoyed, often cut in half for sharing.
