Pat the peeled and deveined shrimp dry with paper towels.

In a medium bowl, season the dried shrimp with 1 teaspoon of salt, 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper, and 1/2 teaspoon of paprika. Toss to ensure the shrimp are evenly coated.

Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large pan or skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.

Add the seasoned shrimp to the hot pan in a single layer, being careful not to overcrowd the pan. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes per side, until pink and opaque. You may need to cook the shrimp in batches.

Remove the cooked shrimp from the pan and set it aside on a plate.

In the same pan (do not clean it), reduce the heat to medium and add 2 tablespoons of butter. Allow the butter to melt completely.

Add the 4 cloves of minced garlic to the melted butter and cook, stirring constantly, until fragrant, which should take approximately 30 seconds. Be careful not to burn the garlic.

Stir in 1/4 cup of chicken broth and 1 tablespoon of lemon juice into the pan. Bring the sauce to a gentle simmer.

Add 1/4 cup of chopped fresh parsley to the sauce and stir to combine.

Return the cooked shrimp to the pan with the sauce. Toss the shrimp gently to coat it evenly with the butter garlic sauce.

Serve immediately and enjoy your delicious Butter Garlic Shrimp!
